(UTV|COLOMBO) – Dileepa Tharanga Hettiarachchi alias “Kudu Dileepa”, a large scale heroine dealer and an organised criminal, who was arrested with firearms and sharp weapons, was today (28) ordered to remand till 11 November by the Colombo Additional Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage.
The Wellampitiya Police informed the Magistrate that the suspect was arrested on last Saturday (26) during a raid carried out by the Police Special Task Force (STF).
The Wellampitiya Police Officials further told that SFT had seized a foreign made revolver, air pistol, and 3 swords along with the suspect.
The 29-years-old suspect was identified as Dileepa Pradeep Hettiarachchi resident of Nagahamulla, Wellampitiya.
