(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Colombo Additional Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage issued an injunction order against United National Party (UNP) protest that was scheduled for today (30) against the current political crisis.
In addition, the injunction carries an order prohibiting a demonstration from taking place in a manner that inconviniences the public and disturbs the peace.
Further, IGP directs all senior Police officers to ensure safety in Colombo today and prevent any violence, Police Spokesman stated.
