(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – President Maithripala Sirisena Sunday (05) condemned the terror attack in London which left 7 people dead and 48 injured.
In a twitter post, President Sirisena added, -“London bridge terror rampage is a dastardly and cowardly act. My thoughts are with the people of London in this hour of grief.”
A van hit pedestrians on London Bridge on Saturday (03). Three men then got out and stabbed people in nearby Borough Market.
The attackers were shot dead by Police officers. A member of the public was also accidentally shot.
