(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – When Mammootty and Rajinikanth worked together in the 1991 film ‘Thalapathy,’ it created waves in both Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The film even had two climaxes to suit the tastes of fans in both the States. Now we hear that they are coming together yet again for a project, directed by Mani Ratnam. If the reports are to be believed, the movie’s works will start soon and it will release in 2018.
An action thriller, the film will apparently have Mammootty playing the role of Rajinikanth’s boss. The film will be shot both in India and abroad.
