(UTV|COLOMBO) – The operations director of the Anti-Corruption Force, Namal Kumara who is in remand custody will be produced before court once again today.
He is being held over the unrest reported in Hettipola on the 13th of May, after the Easter Sunday Bombings.
On the 18th of December, Hettipola Magistrate Fathima Mahafi remanded Namal Kumara until today.
He is being charged by the Criminal Investigations Department under provisions of the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
