(UTV|COLOMBO) – A Stay Order issued by the Court of Appeal preventing the arrest of former Secretary of Defence Gotabaya Rajapaksa, has been further extended till 28 February. The stay order was issued to the Police Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID).
