(UTV|COLOMBO) – The acceptance of postal voting applications for the forthcoming Presidential Election is to conclude at midnight today (04).
The deadline to accept postal voting applications was initially due to end on 30 September but was extended till today due to the inclement weather reported across Sri Lanka recently and a series of strike actions launched island-wide.
Postal voting for the forthcoming Presidential Election is scheduled to place on 30 and 31 October.
