(UTV|COLOMBO) – Navy Media Spokesman Lieutenant Commander Isuru Sooriyabandara says three suspects transporting 1kg of C4 explosives in a three wheeler have been arrested in Wellawatte.
Speaking to a prominent online news portal, the Navy Media Spokesman said the explosives were discovered by Navy personnel when they inspected a suspicious three wheeler at the Wellawatte Train Station yesterday.
