(UTV|COLOMBO) – Showers or thundershowers will occur at most places over the island particularly after 2.00 PM, the Department of Meteorology said.
Light showers may occur in coastal areas of Western province and Galle and Matara Districts during the morning.
Fairly heavy falls about 75 millimetres can be expected at some places in Central, Uva, Sabaragamuwa, and North-Central Provinces, and in Trincomalee Districts.
