(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Two men and a woman died due to sudden illness on Nallathanni Sri Pada Road.
Police sources stated that the persons who died were residents of Kamburupitiya, Moratuwa and Mathara.
They have died due to sudden heart attacks and their bodies have been brought to Maskeliya hospital to conduct post mortems.
Police suspects that the cause for these sudden heart attacks could be due to the extremely cold weather conditions experienced around Sri Pada area these days.
