(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Appeals Board to re-call tenders for the re-construction of the tracks of Sugathadasa Stadium calling off the previous tenders’ that was called.
The tracks of Sugathadasa Stadium which were refurbished for the 2012 Asian Junior Athletics Championship deteriorated in less than a year.
Consequently, tenders were called for the refurbishing process where a company received the respective tender.
However, considering the complaints received pertaining to this, a decision was taken to re-call for tenders, reportedly.
