(UTV|COLOMBO) – Campaign for Free and Fair Elections (CaFFE) will deploy around 7,500 persons to monitor the forthcoming Presidential Election.
Since a large number of candidates competing at the Election, CaFFE has decided to train and deploy additional monitors.
