(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal has decided to hear the petition filed this morning (30) against recognising the former Secretary to Ministry of Defence, Gotabhaya Rajapaksa as a citizen of Sri Lanka, before a three-Judge Bench.
Accordingly, the petition will take up before the Judge Bench on Wednesday (02).
