(UTV|COLOMBO) – Deputy Chairman of the Narammala Pradeshiya Sabha, Manjula Polgampola, who was arrested over an assault on a Constable attached to the Narammala Police Station, has been further remanded until 17 July.
The suspect, who is a member of the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA), was produced before the Kuliyapitiya Magistrate’s Court today.
