(UTV|COLOMBO) – A man and a woman were arrested near the Mannar Railway Station with the narcotic Ice in their possession.
They were taken into custody yesterday on a tip-off received by Mannar Division Anti-Corruption Unit officers yesterday. According to the Police Media Spokesman’s office, 923 grams of the narcotic Ice was discovered in their possession.
The suspects are residents of Talaimannar and the female suspect is 23 years of age while the male suspect is 35.
