(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Prevailing showery condition is expected to reduce gradually from tomorrow.
Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places over Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in the Galle district after 2.00 p.m.
Showers or thundershowers will also develop at a few places elsewhere after 2.00 pm.
A few showers may occur in the North-Eastern coastal areas of the island in the morning too.
Temporary localized strong winds during the thundershowers are expected and the public is requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning.
