(UTV|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka’s Human Rights Commission requested technical assistance from the Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland, who is on her first official visit to the country.
The Commonwealth Secretariat has provided technical assistance to the Human Rights Commission since 2013.
