(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – Mainly fair and dry weather with colder nights and mornings are expected to continue over most parts of the island.
Ground frost can be expected at some places in the Nuwara-Eliya district, in the early hours of the morning.
However a few showers are likely in the Sabaragamuwa province and Matara district.
Misty conditions can be expected at some places of the island during the morning particularly in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and Central provinces.
