(UTV|COLOMBO) – The law to ensure all three-wheelers taxis install fare meters that issue receipts comes into effect from today (20), the National Council for Road Safety (NCRF) said.
Accordingly, all three-wheeler taxis should have meters by today that capable of issuing printed bills to passengers indicating the distance, fare, and taxi details.
