(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Court of Appeal on Wednesday (29) issued an Interim Injunction Order, preventing legal action by the Police Financial Crime Investigation Division (FCID) against former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, until 06 December.
The Interim Injunction Order was issued against action being taken against Mr. Rajapaksa under the Public Property Act.
The Bench comprised of Chairman of Court of Appeal, L. T. B. Dehideniya and Justice Shiran Gooneratne.
