(UTV|COLOMBO) – Wildlife officials of Sigiriya had launched an investigation into the suspicious death of four elephants at Hiriwadunna in Habarana.
Wildlife officials said the bodies of the elephants were found near a tank this morning.
They said a pregnant elephant was also among the deceased. Officials suspect the elephants may have been poisoned.
