(UTV|COLOMBO) – Southern Provincial Councillor Manoj Sirisena was appointed as the Matara District Parliamentarian of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) that fell vacant following the demise of the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian, former Minister Chandrasiri Gajadeera.
The appointment was announced through an extraordinary gazette notification issued by the Elections Commission yesterday (12).
