(UTV|COLOMBO) – Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt have signed on for an untitled sci-fi feature project at Netflix. Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (“Catfish”) helm the film from a screenplay by Mattson Tomlin (“Boy”).
Gordon-Levitt will play a beat cop who goes beyond his brief, Foxx will play a family man who has suffered a great loss and seeks the drug’s designer.
Eric Newman (“Children of Men,” “Narcos”) and Bryan Unkeless (“I, Tonya”) will produce as part of their first look deal with Netflix.
