(UTV|COLOMBO) – An amount of Rs. 100 will be charged when obtaining the National Identity Cards (NICs) with effect from 01 September, 2018.
Furthermore, a fee of Rs. 500 will be charged in respect of the duplicate of NIC with effect from the aforementioned date.
