(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The Development Special Provisions Draft Bill will be presented before the Eastern Provincial Council once again today (24th Tuesday).
Secretary to the Eastern Provincial Council MCM Sherriff said a vote on the Draft Bill will also be held at the Provincial Council today.
A vote on the Draft Bill was previously held at all Provincial Councils except the Northern Provincial Council.
The bill was subsequently rejected in all Provincial Councils.
