(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – On receipt of intelligence information to the Navy, Naval personnel attached to the Western Naval Command in coordination with Kelaniya Police arrested a suspect with 3kg of Kerala cannabis, during a search carried out in Nungamagoda, Kelaniya today (05).
The arrest was made while the cannabis was being transferred for trade.
The arrested suspect and the stock of cannabis were handed over to the Kelaniya Police for further investigation.
