The case pertaining to the incident was taken up before Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake today.
The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) produced 3 CDs containing the soundtracks.
Further CID informs court they are investigating into alleged forged certificates submitted by Namal Kumara to join Army & Air Force.
