(UTV|COLOMBO) – Embilipitiya Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman M. K. Amil has been sentenced to 3-months imprisonment by the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court for assaulting a Police Officer.
Furthermore, Amil was ordered to pay Rs. 30,000 as compensation to the assault victim.
