UTV | COLOMBO – A group of persons who had arrived on motorcycles had attacked 2 youths with sharp objects in Nirveli, Jaffna.
The attack took place yesterday (May 07).
The injured youths aged 21 and 23, were first admitted to Kopay hospital.
Later they were transferred to Jaffna Teaching Hospital as their condition was serious.
The 7 attackers wearing face masks had arrived on 3 motorcycles.
It was reported one of the attackers had earlier an argument with the youths.
Thereafter, he had come and attacked the youths with six others.
