(UTV|COLOMBO) – All schools in the Kandy Administrative District which were closed due to the recent communal unrest in the country are scheduled to reopen today (12).
The decision was taken to reopen all schools due to the prevailing peaceful environment in Kandy.
However, special security is still in place in the Kandy Administrative District.
