(UDHAYAM, PUTTALAM) – Naval personnel attached to the North Western Naval Command in coordination with officials of the Puttalam Special Task Force (STF), during a raid carried out in Puttalam, Palawiya area on Friday (29), nabbed a suspect with 8kg of Kerala cannabis.
The suspect had been transferring them for the sale putting them in four containers, 2kg in each when he was arrested.
The apprehended person together with the stock of cannabis was handed over to the Puttalam Police for onward legal action.
