(UTV|COLOMBO) – A total of 6,183 persons belonging to 1,604 families have been affected owing to inclement weather, the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) stated.
Twenty-nine houses have also been damaged owing to gusty winds and heavy showers experienced in the country during the past few weeks.
