(UTV|COLOMBO) – Thirteen-year-old girl who was injured in a ferris-wheel accident on Monday (04) at a private theme park in Veyangoda has succumbed to injuries this morning (05).
Her mother, 47-year-old woman who was also critically injured in the incident died yesterday on admission to the Gampaha Hospital.
Six persons including the Manager of the theme park have been arrested in connection with the incident, and would be produced in the Attanagalle Magistrate’s Court.
The theme park temporarily closed down.
