(UTV|COLOMBO) – A group of Naval Personnel attached to the Northern Naval Command has recovered a cache of explosives in the general area of Amban on Tuesday (22).
Among the recovered items were forty-seven 81 millimetres mortar grenades and four anti-tank pressure mines. The arms cache was subsequently destroyed after taking it to the Special Task Force (STF) Unit at Manalkadu.
