US says it will work with any legitimate Government in Sri Lanka

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The United States (US) Wednesday (19) stated that it will work with any legitimate Government in Sri Lanka.

US Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Alaina B. Teplitz quoted the Deputy Spokesperson at the US Department of State, Robert Palladino as saying that Sri Lanka is a valued partner and the US will work with this and future Governments resulting from a constitutionally legitimate process to advance cooperation on bilateral and regional issues.
