(UTV|COLOMBO) – The service transfer of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Nishantha Silva, has been cancelled following the rejection of the National Police Commission (NPC) on Monday (19).
Silva was assigned to handle several high profile investigations related to abductions, assaults, and murder.
