(UTV|COLOMBO) – Only a limited number of individuals will be permitted to enter polling stations during the election period, the Elections Commission announced.
Accordingly, only registered voters, staff deployed at polling stations, candidates, secretaries of recognised political parties, registered polling agents, observers, police personnel on election duty, returning officers and persons authorized by returning officers will be permitted to enter polling stations.
