(UTV|COLOMBO) – Vehicular movement along the Southern Expressway has been disrupted on Wednesday (10) owing to a lorry which toppled near the 32 kilometre post between Dodangoda and Gelanigama.
Accordingly, vehicular movement has been restricted to a single lane.
