(UTV|COLOMBO) – The All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) led by Minister Rishad Bathiudeen has extended support to Ranil Wickremesinghe.
Addressing a media briefing held at Temple Trees attended by Constituent Parties of the United National Front (UNF), including ACMC, Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU), Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC), and the Tamil Progressive Alliance (TPA) on Saturday (27), Minister Bathiudeen stressed that it is the duty of everyone to protect the democracy.
“We call on the Speaker to convene Parliament and allow Parliamentarians to resolve this issue. We stand united behind Ranil Wickremesinghe,” he stressed.
